Onassis fought in a prelim back in the early UFC days. Around UFC 7.

Onassis Parungao fought in UFC 7 - The Brawl in Buffalo back in 1995. He is a stuntman now.

According to Sherdog, his record is 2 and 1. Only lost was to Ricardo Morais.

I know Del Hawkins and Eddie Yagin are of Filipino backgrounds. I've heard Erica Montoya has some Filipino heritage, but I don't know for sure. Every time these kind of threads pop up you get some creative answers.
