Anyone done one? It's supposedly an obstacle course with rowing and odd lifts.
I'm planning to go to the one in Mobile, Alabama Dec 3.
Any tips? I understand it's different from a tough mudder as far as endurance and strength needs.

More aerobic then I'd imagined. Not any seriously hard strength stuff but lots of running and constant moving. If you're a runner, you'll do fine.
