Hi Scrap.

I am looking forward to the Interval DVD you are putting out in the near future with Taku.

What I wanted to know is, will it be released like the MOD1? i.e. will it come with CD's to workout with? or is it just a demo video to illustrate som bodyweight drills.

We're planning on making it just like the Mod. 1 with audio tracks that call out the times and fun little "Scrapper Motivations". ;)
