Thanks
One of the reasons I love Condit so much is because he won't allow Greg Jackson to tame his killer aggression.
I luv Condit but Now Ur Stepping up the Greatest MMA athlete Alive!!!

It will be cool to see how GSP reacts to this

Uh... you might have missed Greg Jackson in his corner all through his career... having trained him since he was 15 years old....

Greg was never in Condits corner in the WEC.
Condit is dangerous off his back just like Diaz, but his BJJ is not as good. The stand up will be very interesting to say the least, but something tells me GSP will take him down. Diaz would have been a much better fight (IMO) because many believe he had a legit shot at beating the champ. Condit? Who knows...
Condit is definitely no slouch on the ground and he has shown that many times. This guy can finish people from anywhere. 26 of 27 finishes with 13 being TKO/KO and 13 being submission. The guy is going to be a serious threat to GSP anywhere and will bring it. And if he hurts GSP in any fashion you can guarantee he will do everything in his power to finish the fight. I personally believe that GSP hasn't faced a threat like Condit yet. GSP might prove me wrong but I have to say for a first time, I am betting against GSP on this one. If this doesn't get finished I think this is going to be one hell of a scrap.

This all day.
Gsp has faced guys who are excellent in one or two skills but hasn't faced someone who has an arsenal like condit.
For me this fight turns on how condit deals with gsp's speed and strength. Given condit hasn't faced someone like gsp, it's hard to predict. So I'm leaning toward gsp.
If gsp turns up like he did against shields he is in trouble. Honestly gsp looked injured and flabby (romo alert!) in that fight.
Both these guys are beasts. I cannot wait.
^^^ sounds unbiased and the opposite of hanging from the nuts..... i can agree with the above statements....I like this fight, more, and more!!

This.
Somebody will be able to explain this more specifically but, IIRC, Condit started at less-known school in NM, and had a man and a woman in his corner during his WEC fights. Then he moved to AZ to improve his wrestling with the ASU guys. After returning to NM for personal reasons, he started training at Jackson's.
I feel bad for GSP. You're preparing for a title fight and get a curve ball thrown at you that hits your coach in the head.

It hit Danaher or Zirabis? His real coaches? GJ is a good cheerleader/sports psychologist, I dont think GSp will miss him.
I wonder if GJ will see any $$ from either guy's training camp though?
Yea, BJ was a threat standing and on the ground for sure, but he's really a natural lightweight fighter so GSP could easily out muscle him. GSP is probably stronger than Condit too, but I don't know if it will be the difference maker as much as it was against BJ. Condit is 5" taller and has a 6" reach on BJ too.

While that is true K-Dub is still right for the most part. Carlos started off with Jackson left for a brief stint to go to another camp there in Albuquerque, then to Arizona, and now obviously has recently returned. While not a %100 right his point is still more valid than the idiot who took a jab at Jackson...

Right, I'm an idiot for observing the fact that Jackson does his best to coach the aggression out of his fighters & turn them into game plan performing robots.
