Point stands… the guy deliberately cherry picked at a higher weight class and then head for the hills showing he was more or less trying to deceive people into believing something about himself that is not true in terms of his capability. This is not the mark of a GOAT. All it proved is that he couldn’t actually hang at MW.

His legacy is more about his run at the WW div, when people think of champ champ or two weight div champ, he’s not the first guy to come to mind even though he had both belts at separate times. People I’d assume feel he’s more of a guy that won a belt at MW instead of champion of the MW div since he never defended and even before the fight bisping said GSP picked him specifically to come out of retirement to, nothings changed on that fact before or after the fight.
