help with s&c plan

I've got some piss poor s&c so I decided it's time to get serious about it.



Rough plan.



BJJ Mon - Fri evening.



Jog 30 - 40 mins (might change to swimming if I change gyms) with a core workout after - Mon & Thurs morning



Kettlebell workout - Tues & Fri morning



Heavy weights - Wed & Sat morning

That's the basic plan, I'm sure my body will need to skip a couple workouts for the first couple of weeks.   Does this seem decent? 




 ^  muscle endurance is probably my weakest area.



And as I said, I'm sure I'll miss workouts as my body needs.  I have a 9 - 5 office job which is pretty close to sleeping all day.
