I need some help

I've had two surgeries on my shoulder and its making running very difficult.

I keep cramping up in my shoulder/chest. At first I thought I wasn't drinking enough water, so I started to drink a ton more. I also added more bananas to my daily diet. I take a multivitamin and eat healthy.

So then I thought I wasn't stretching/warming up enough, so I spent a lot more time on that.

But after all this, I'm still getting horrible cramping in my shoulder/chest. WTF?

Its not so bad when I do Elliptical Sprints and VerscaClimber work, but its unbearable on the treadmill.

Any thoughts?
