I truly believe women fight harder.

I think Dana hit it right on the head. Women feel they have more to prove and they all seem to come out swinging and fighting. They haven't gotten to the point where they fight for points or decision victories, yet.

There are obviously exceptions on both sides, but they clearly go out like they want it more. Phone Post

I feel like WMMA still has that "real fight" element that is missing from a lot of MMA these days.

I think like most people that when woman first entree mma it sounded awful an wouldn't be good to watch but the woman fights I've seen havent disappointed yet Phone Post 3.0

they dont necessarily fight harder...they dont have to be as scared of the 1 punch KO and can be more aggressive...also wmma is still relatively new so they are trying to put on a show

Less one-punch KO power + Less refined striking technique = more toe-to-toe brawls in Women's MMA

True, these chicks aren't pussies by any means. They got a lots of balls. They put on excellent shows and don't lay and pray.

You nailed it! Many fighters have the attitude that they're competing in a match or sporting event. These girls fought a "real fight". They didn't play it safe and went for the kill at every opportunity. They wanted to beat down their opponent, not just win rounds. Phone Post 3.0

It's the same with amateur fights where you got 18 year old kids fighting. They swing around like helicopters and take all sorts of risks due to lower skill level compared to pro men.

Technically better( overall aspects of mma ) than men on average?

This, mistakes are much more forgivable in general. When bad positions are given up they often get out, and not many girls can knock you out with 1 shot.

thats why Ronda finishes so fast, you make a mistake you re screwed

Cat and Miesha swinging and throwing shoulder punches with their chins up in the air is "better" what?

100% agree with the first 2 post in this thread.

Better than Riddle, most Brazilian grapplers, Cody Mckenzie, Struve, Phil Davis, Munoz, Volkmann..to name a few.

Fuck no.

I enjoy WMMA. They put on gritty, high-paced brawls with tons of 'woman scorned' aggression, but the last thing I would describe them as is super-technical.

Men spill blood.. Grab a beer afterwords

Women fight and its personal and emotional. Its the way they are wired. Phone Post

this and it will keep the stand and wang crowd happy

funny to see people say this, womens mma has been great for years and NOW all of a sudden, just because they are in the ufc they get recognized

the fact that dana and freinds has bashed females for years and now they love them its kinda pathetic, i hope invicta takes over and keeps growing strong

It's more raw. Phone Post 3.0

Do you know what women have that makes it seem like they fight harder? Shitty defense. I don't care personally as I enjoy watching but that is a huge difference and makes fights more exciting. Like a toughman competition.
