Interval protocol I did today

We did sprints on a football field but I guess any activity will do.

10 sec work 10 sec rest
20 sec work 20 sec rest
30 sec work 30 sec rest
20 sec work 20 sec rest
10 sec work 10 sec rest

it totally kicked my ass. Your opinions on this kind of pyramid?

Especially I would like the opinion of TAKU as he is the undisputed interval training champion authority in this forum I guess...
