I just set the one on my I-Ph up with 6x30 sec then 1 min rest, is that what you're talking about?

And you can set it up to 59 rounds.

Go to the bottom of app select create timer, The bar with + - \/ /\ ?, select ? read instructions.

Do you have the gym boss ap?? Cos I downloaded that and one it's called gym laps but it doesn't have any of the options that u just mentioned...it only has options for start/stop and reset at the bottom of the ap! Phone Post 3.0

I typed gymboss, with no space, the app is called Gymboss 2 interval Timer.
