I remember reading a study awhile back where they looked at the DNA of twins where one was gay and the other straight. They were both raised in the exact same environments and I believe some were even identical twins.
They discovered an additional gene (or maybe slightly altered, I forget) in the genome of the those who were gay. It pretty much proved people who are gay are born that way and it is in their DNA.
