It'd be a stronger possibility I think if they did it as an 8 minute "exhibition" match--something like no points kept, when someone hits a sub they start again alternately from standing and from the knees, and there's no winner declared at the end.

The "opponent" could be anyone about his size and skill level really, but it'd preferably be someone at least marginally showbiz famous. Maybe someone he's rolled with before. It could also be an old school BJJ guy if he'd be sufficiently lighthearted to tap when appropriate.
Something along those lines.
So long as rogan had been rolling reasonably often, I wouldn't expect he'd need to be especially well prepared for it and it'd be likely to generate a fun viewing.
It could be an exhibition bout to start off a PPV.
I would love to see Joe compete on any level frankly. He has so much knowledge, experience, and is in outstanding shape. I would definitely watch.
