I would very much dispute that. Cain had several things going for him which Ngannou has not. Relentless cardio, excellent wrestling, constant aggression. Ngannou is maybe the most talented heavyweight to ever step into the ring but he is no Cain.
Brock would pick his moment, then it would get ugly and 1 minute later it would be secure gnp. Ngannou would have about five opportunities to counter hard. It wouldn’t even be an interesting fight.

Tell me what Brock’s best win was? Over a 45 year old TRT Randy Couture who could make 205? Or was it against Frank Mir who was surging and went on to win 7 of 17 fights after the Brock loss?

Absolutely not a fanboy.
Brock isn’t GOAT material, but he was overspecialised towards physicality + wrestling.
As to his wins, I couldn’t believe how Brock demolished Herring. And surviving round 1 against Carwin was spectacular as well.

Herring lost 3 out of his 5 UFC fights and admittedly wasn’t really committed to the sport at the time. I don’t think he took Brock seriously.

I completely credit Brock for surviving the 1st round against Carwin, but that win was more due to Carwin blowing his wad than Brock being the better fighter.
