Keep overeem in the fight!!!!

Make him test weekly.
Take half his purse away.
And force him to submit to tons of testing for rest of career.

BUT DO NOT REMOVE HIM. he doesn't need to be taken out. He dies deserve punishment but don't rob us of a fight like this Phone Post

Did you just miss when he pulled that stunt last fight and they did just a small % of the stuff you suggested and he still couldn't comply?
What are they supposed to do if he keeps failing those weekly tests now?

He fucked himself over and he needs to deal with the consequences. He wouldn't give a flying fuck about you or your job, especially if you were caught cheating to get ahead, so you should stop worrying so much about him now.

It sucks when the guy you root for goes down like this, but don't make it worse by trying to excuse his behavior or act like it was a simple mistake and he'll change if you give him a chance.

Im not excusing anything but I'd rather see him fight than not. Nothing he does other than being a murder child molester or rapist would sway me into not wanting to see him fight Phone Post

Technically he DID NOT do anything wrong. He DID NOT break any rules. HE WAS NOT licensed by Nevada so f$@K them for even testing him.

You know why they tested him, right? Because it has been mentioned on this thread:
http://www.cagepotato.com/overeem-granted-conditional-license-by-nsac-after-failing-to-complete-random-drug-test-until-three-weeks-after-requested/

good luck with that

I'd rather see a fair fight between a JDS and a convicted murderer who served his time already, than JDS vs. a juicemonkey that couldn't even stop when he knew he'd be tested regularly.
There's nothing fun about these roided guys in fights. If they win, it's only because they're roided. So the only reason to watch is to root against them IMO but that's not worth the risk of having a blatant cheater as champ.

@Elias, I know they tested him as part of an agreement to obtain a conditional license. I also know that that conditional license had expired. No need to test for an expired license.

He accepted the condition that he would be tested by surprise twice more after his last fight as a part of him getting the license to fight last year.

Those terms did not "expire."

If he didn't like those conditions he didn't have to accept them. And he could have also submitted his Brock fight sample less than three weeks late if he didn't want to be in hot water as well.

So you would rather he get away with cheating? That's what it sounds like and I can't understand how any real fan of any real sport would be ok with that.

this is all overeems fault. no one is ruining this card but him. besides what if he went into the fight and won the title? how would that look?

.

I believe he needs to be LICENSED to fight. And it's the AC of Nevada he has the trouble with....licensing trouble, folks.

The UFC could keep Reem in the fight...but they'd have to move it to a different state and completely disregard the NSAC. That won't happen. Ever. Phone Post

Sal Penis -  @Frontrowbrian I believe Reem will argue terms (2 clean tests in next 6 months) of his conditional license expired 12/31/11.NSAC had no right to test him.

They may have a right to test fighters contracted to fight in their state within a predetermine window of time. Doesn't necessarily mean the test has to be announced prior to its administration. Phone Post

No, he would have been tested once he applied for a license like anyone else. He would have also been tested before and after the fight and im sure his levels would have been withing the parameters set by the commission. Lets not forget the Reem is the most tested fighter in MMA and he had never failed any test before.

Nate Marquardt that ass!

This could totally happen because it would not be disregarding the NAC. Once again, Overeem did not break any rules. The NAC cannot fine him, they cannot suspend him, they cannot demand any % of his purse. If the UFC moves the event to another state it would simply mean Overeem applied for a license in another state since he has not applied for a license in Nevada.

WTF let him fight Phone Post
