Allah is the Arabic name for God. So any true Christian wouldn’t commit blasphemy.

Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet, not God himself. They believe Mohammed is the final prophet. 

Islam obviously believes in answering for sins. Both in this life and the next. Repentance is a must in Islam as well.
