Kongo's Workout out in Ultimate MMA mag

well the typical lat pulldown machine on average maxes at 300 lbs. its doable to go over you bodyweight but in this case ...its all utter BS ..

i mean look the rep/set routine and then the weight and even more so the TPD is at the END of the workout?? with those numbers... his triceps would be FRIED with FAR less and FAR long before he could even get there.

the program is just impossible todo ...period.

if that workout was true and possible aLONG WITH MMA Training...he should have noLOSSES..EVER.. and his opponents wouldnt last a freaking second after one hit .

Starting with fedor...Fedor should be dead after one hit from brett in the next fight. I bet Brett has to train with gorillas now since NOONE will train with him anymore for fear of being killed ! i bet they had to start replacing and supplying punching bags every day cuz he kept busting holes and tearing them in half with such high impact punches/kicks now.

i almost expect fedor to come to the fight wearing NFL football padding n gear now
