L Glutamine question

I've been trying to do some research but haven't found a definitive answer to this. I take two different medications and I'm not sure if Glutamine would have a negative interaction with them. The medications are Paxil (anti depressant) and Oxcarbazepine (anti seizure, mood stabilizer). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Phone Post 3.0

I'd say no but i'm a complete fucking fool

how about calling your pharmacist and doctor, since you know, that is kinda what they do for a living. or you could always just rely on the opinions of a bunch of anonymous methheads on the internet

Why are you taking glutamine? It's basically worthless. Phone Post 3.0

Is it? I was told it helps with recovery and soreness. I just started lifting so I don't know much about this stuff. Phone Post 3.0

Meat and dairy have glutamine. I'm not sure how much of either you eat, but I'm sure you could look up the content amounts in what you eat and find out how much you're already getting through food daily. Phone Post 3.0

Well I use omega 3 and my joints are much improved

I use high dose probiotics and my immune system and poop is more awesome

Also, there's studies that back up lots of supplement claims ( legit studies )

But that's cool that you took some vague thing some vague amount of times and they are all, for the most part, a scam Phone Post 3.0
I think he meant particularly "performance" supps. In which case, he's borderline right. Phone Post 3.0
