Exactly, I have no wish to cut weight but this is still very interesting- a lot of knowledge on here.

Thanks for the info people. I tried to drop 12 pounds over a week and ended up just staying light after my cut. Hard thing to learn to do by trial and error.
Ghengiseanie - Very interesting. This unseasoned food, are you saying no CHilli? No turmeric? No Cumin? these are not salts.. Sounds to me as if curries, with no added salt, would be a combination of lo sodium (the met is often boiled) and pretty helathy.. (Obviously no Oil etc.)
As long as they are zero sodium then they would be fine to use for this approach
Great thread
roll2win - hey... would you mind detailing the sodium load a bit more? im interested.mod
your body requires about 3x as much water to metabolize carbohydrates as it does to metabolize protien. your body will naturally drop substantial water if you move from moderate carb diet to high protien, no carb diet in the 2 days leading up to your cut. Thats a barebones explanation of how that works out.
Not real familiar with sodium loading and distilled water techs. makes sense tho.

You train with Gladiators?
Yes sir
That is why we both have the same approach, I got my weight cutting routine when I was with Clementi years ago. JC Pennington I still use as my dietician when I'm cutting weight

Basically if your weighing in on Friday then start on saturday prior
Saturday-Monday overload on sodium, lots of it, pour salt in your hand and swallow it, salt your foods, drink soy sauce, whatever... Also drink at least 2 gallons of water
Tuesday cut all sodium intake ZERO sodium what so ever. Stick to boiled chicken. Also avoid carbs as they also retain water in your body. drink 1 gallon of distilled water. DO NOT drink anything else! No cokes, coffee, or normal water
Wednesday same thing but only drink a half gallon of distilled water
Thursday same thing but only drink the distilled water with meals
Friday don't eat or drink anything until weight is made.
You must go get a good sweat any way you can each day
** most importantly during the sodium loading portion you will gain weight, this is totally normal. A lot of times when people see the weight gain they stop following the procedure and go back to their normal style of water cutting. Which will be extremely difficult because of the excess amount of sodium in your body.
If anyone has any other questions feel free to email me joshjitsu311@gmail.com and I'll help you if I can.
I do it a little different though, I do sodium load Sunday-Tuesday, cut out all sodium on Wednesday with 1 gallon of distilled water. Thursday 1/2 gallon of distilled by noon with my last meal and Thursday night I sweat. Also to help with the intake of sodium I drop 2 bouillon cubes in a warm cup of water and drink thy 3 times a day. When I moved to Dallas I got some guys who had cut weight many times before in the past add this routine to their weight cutting and now they all use the sodium load process, it makes the sweat just pour out

We used to do it that way to but now we revised it because we get way better effects with this method.

htanks for the input... i appreciate that.
This prob seems like a dumb question... but you feel the process drops water fast enough and so much better that it out weighs the additional weight gain by sodium loading? why is that?
I like the concept an im interested in trying this soon
Good info

Yea, it's amazing. You drop most of the weight without doing anything at all. Like I said I started the cut on day 1 at 169 then the day before weigh in's I was down to 163 w/o doing any sauna work or anything.
I only spent a total of about 45 minutes in the sauna to make weight.

Dude you started 2 threads within 2 days of each other that are almost the same question. I contributed to your other thread. But there are also nearly 100 threads about diet already on this forum, plus thousands of websites and blogs on the internet, that's all I was saying.
^^ you are correct.... most of the threads are stupid... I actually read that and thought about a thread starting rampage & just create one with every 135, 145, & 155 top 10 guys name vs 250lb guy in bar!
