Peretti over Little Joe Silva
not quite understanding⌠so youâre reading Randyâs book, and he mentions John Perretti, and that J. Perretti claims to have rolled with Randy, but Randy says thats not true, and he only met with J. Perretti, no rolling ? (p.124)
Oh yeah.
Couture met him for the first time and just shook his hand. The same day, Peretti was telling people that he rolled with Couture. They didnât roll. Sorry for not making that clear.
I have that question in the chamber
Honestly, I legit have 4 more pages of notes that we didnât touch
We are going to bring in his business partner when we talk about Battlecade
I was always told that he was related to Guccionni
John P. was using his memory loss when you asked him how he met or knew Guccionni.
as well as Igor Z., after you asked him âTHEâ question. 10 seconds before then, he was like âwe talk all the time, a week or two ago evenâ
lol
He comes from a law enforcement background and was being a bully within the conversation
When you want that to stop and let them know that a little respect is needed
You ask a hard question that they wonât answer
In this instance it bacame a stand-off
- whoever spoke first was going to be the âbitchâ in the conversation
Joey came in and broke the tension
- we knew that this was going to happen prior
When we game planned it was to get this interaction out of the way immediately in order that we could maximize our information gathering with him
- we discuss this on the wrap up
Perretti is not for novice interviewers, he will chew them up and spit them out
- while only giving information that he wants to talk about, not what you want
What exactly are Perettiâs martial arts skills and accomplishments as a practitioner?
A black belt from Gene Labell is impressive on itâs own for grappling, but aside having what I assume is a black belt in karate or Taekwondo (given his widely broadcasted picture of a vertical side kick), did he have any known record in striking?
He Claims do have had over 10 concussions in interviews. Some have referred to him as a kickboxer. Never seen video of one of his matches.
Awesome stuff. I knew we were in for a good one when you said right at the start âObviously you are in Law EnforcementâŚâ
And he right away responded with that tone âWhat do you mean obviouslyâ lol you must be tuned in to some tells on that given your background that most wouldnât pick up.
He sounds pretty good for 16 concussions I think it was he said lol
Yes , His interview skills are BB
Joey started the intro of âgloves and round timesâ
That took that part away from him, so that we could get to the meat and potatoâs faster
He might be getting us John Lewis
I just rewatched some of it and I realized that Ron Van Clief story that he hyped up like it was going to blow our minds went absolutely nowhere.
The Black Dragon Van Clief had to complete a full New York marathon to convince Art that he was legit.
Really!
and he had to pay artie %15
but he still couldnt tie his own shoes
great story eh?
I actually didnât hear that part.
in his book he says some stuff that makes it sound like he was into surfing
he had dreads and said he lost them to steroids while owning a weightlifting gym
Did he talk about almost getting lynched by the Ku Klux Klan?
