I lost my mind when he got the knee-bar. Nice finish and nice win for a good fighter.
Yup, Lytle is awesome.
Always excited to watch him fight. One of my favourite fighters for sure.
if you add up just fighting money and bonuses, lytle is one of the better money makers out there in the last 2 or so years.
Always fun to watch and a great Hoosier boy!
Props to the guy who used the phrase "old school badass gentlemen". Any way we can get that Matt Brown/Lytle fight vid?
I love watching Lytle fight
Round 1
Lytle is the man, hope to see him for a long time!
I've never met Chris - but I hope to remedy that in about two months when it looks like I'll be spending two or three days in Indiana.
IFA RULES!
I saw the fight here at the fire station and the guys loved it. Most of the guys don't follow mma but were fans after I told them he's a fireman too. He's one of my all time favorites
Always appreciating Lytle's hay maker bombs in all his fights, I truly enjoyed the rolling knee bar, that was some old school Ken Shamrock shit man... Nicely done!

right on bros, ex fireman and EMT in the US Navy myself! Nice to see Chris reppin us!
Lytle is the man, one of my favourite fighters and ALWAYS worth the price of a PPV. I'll gladly pay $50 to watch him fight anytime. I love that dude.
Everyone loves Lytle. He may be a journeyman by record, but a very dangerous one. And for the record I think he should have got the decision in the Lawler and Serra fights.
I'd love to see Lytle fight Swick, Kampmann, or Condit.
Also, is there a video anywhere of Lytle/Diaz? According to sherdog it was in IFC WC 17 from 2002. They're 2 of my favorite fighters and I bet it was a good fight. I would love to see it if anyone can upload it or knows where it can be seen.
I still wanna see the Stun Gun v Lytle fight that was supposed to happen at 110.
Keith Palmer - I'm unbelievably happy that he's able to make some good money towards the end of his career. If anyone deserves it, it's him.
When he first started boxing, I remember him being happy to fight for $250 to $400 just to get the experience. For him to be consistently getting bonuses near $50,000 is remarkable.
He knows he's not on the UFC title radar, so he purposefully makes his fights exciting. That's how good he is.
I've been critical of the UFC, especially after Chris lost to Matt Serra in what was pretty much a winner take all type setup, but they've rewarded him very well since then.
So thank you to Chris, for being a true throwback. And thank you to the UFC, for recognizing and rewarding my friend for a hard fought career.
Where ya at Keith ?? It's been too long brotha... i know you lurk
