A friend of mine uses mag 10 and swears by it. Has anyone here used and is it worth the money?
I've used it. Put on 10lbs at least and that was doing Crossfit workouts and lots of BJJ. Not exactly a mass or even much of a strength program. High priced though. Using it with O lifts or powerlifting and eating lots of protien and little cardio would bring a lot of strength IMO.
