Ep32nv - They can learn for anyone so it should be really easy to get a coach. Plus any everybody knows spend time at TAM and they'll make you a better coach too.

As their head coach? Doesn't sound like a good idea at all. JWP is a very good MT guy, but he's never fought, or trained MMA ever. He has zero experience outside of his specific expertise. I think TAM needs someone with knowledge in the sport they actually practice. Not just a MT guy.
JWP has trained and fought in MMA in Australia as well as competing in cage muay thai with mma gloves several times.
However going back to the original question, i think we're getting close to the point where big teams with money like TAM try to recruit coaches from smaller teams who have a proven track record of training & preparing skilled fighters.
These little cunts must be a nightmare.
