he is on MMA Roasted podcast every week and is by far the funniest fighter/ex fighter this sport has ever had. He is currently breeding massive pitbulls while suffering very bad back issues and regularly roasting Brendon Schaub, Bruce Buffer and Dom Cruz. He is a must-listen for anyone who is or was a fan of his humor.

Sean use to post and be frequent on here. I liked Sean i remember pretty much he was brought in to showcase the debut of Mark Hunt in the UFC and Sean spoiled their plans and submitted hunt in almost a minute

That can’t be right. There are a bunch of guys that had to cut to make heavyweight. Why it isn’t simply an open wt class is a mystery to me, especially when the argument always degrades into “there aren’t enough of them to make a division and they would suck anyway.” Combine the 2 and find out.
