It can it did not in my husbands case however as I said he was diagnosed late so at one point years before he was diagnosed he was experiencing pain in one testicle however just brushed it off. By the time my husband was diagnosed he was experiencing excruciating back pain come to find out it was cancer that had spread to lymphnodes in that area. The statistics also say that is happens to men ages 15-35 my husband was 37 when he was diagnosed however they believe he had it years before and we didnt know. Self checking is the best pre-caution. If you ever for a second thing something is wrong dont brush it off have it checked better safe then sorry.
