I could be very wrong but something tells me that Hammerhouse training is alot of Coleman and Randleman beating up on their training partners w/o a technique segment followed up with some takedown drills.
Simms should get into a real gym for a while just to see how far he can take mma if its something that really interests him. I'd like to see how he turned out after leaving a gym that could actually show him how to use his reach like AKA.

Yes Sims has losses but he also has over 20 wins and would smash the living daylights out of 80 percent + of fighters, he got subbed by a guy training day in day out with Lutter big wow....

I don't see anything wrong with criticizing Wes' performance from last night. He looked absolutely awful. I'm sure he would say the same. I like Wes and I was hoping for a better showing, but he was simply outclassed.

I'm pretty sure he was reffering to them letting him back in the UFC in General...as in, his two Frank Mir fights several years ago, then he's been gone, and he was thanking them for the opportunity to get into the house in the first place, thus back into the UFC. I didn't get anything remotely about him ever being kicked out of the house from that comment.
