Want to drop some fat, gain muscle and improve endurance. Not looking to get huge, would like to build my pecs and shoulders since I have never really worked them.
Just do a bodybuilding routine and some HIIT cardio. If you want to gain some muscle that workout won't do it for you. You could probably benefit from the simple starting strength routine.
Don't worry, you won't get huge.
I always love that statement. I've been trying to get huge my whole life without steroids. Trust me, you don't just accidentally put on a shit ton of muscle.
