My workout good bad ugly???


 

To be honest I have not been doing this everyday. Mostly the workouts are alternated on modays and wed. on the days between I am doing a workout of

 

15 min on eliptical on fat burner mode.

then

15 kettlebell swings (25 pounds)

follwed by 15 body builders.

then 14 of each then 13 of each etc down to 1 then back up to 15 for a total of 240 of each exorcise.

 

 

oh and for ref I am 48 5'7" and 186

Want to drop some fat, gain muscle and improve endurance.
Not looking to get huge, would like to build my pecs and shoulders since I have never really worked them.

Yeah thats a shit ton.  I would look into full body Kettlebell routines along with some HIIT cardio.  Or I would do a simple Push/Leg/Pull routine.  

Also what are "15 bodybuilders"?

Just do a bodybuilding routine and some HIIT cardio. If you want to gain some muscle that workout won't do it for you. You could probably benefit from the simple starting strength routine.

I agree with Leigh. Also, starting the 2nd workout with 4 sets of pull ups to failure as a warm up is pretty damn stupid.
