Beat up about 4 people already usually with a pipe, to the point they are unconscious or cannot walk under their own power.After he beats them, the perp runs to a getaway vehicle (which I've forgotten the make). Cops do investigation and it's the same M.O. I forgot the rest of the details b/c it happened several months ago, but the cops say they know who the guy is but can't get him b/c he lives on base.

There is always military guys getting mobbed in Waikiki, so I think it goes both ways. But it's usually the military guys on the receiving end of getting mobbed by locals. I've been to Moose Mcgilly, that's a shit hole with mostly military guys. Lots of punks in there, I didn't like that place. The Shack Waikiki is guaranteed fights, haha.
The police can go on base and especially if they got a warrant, and the military police will escort them. Sounds like a B.S answer from the cops. I know the hpd can be lazy, I've dealt with them.
Back in the 90's I remember the soles at the Cellar in Waiks mopping the floor with military guys' faces. it was kind of funny watching all these cocky military guys go in and then getting the Samoan Slap!

The entire Waikiki Trade Center is a craphole. Too many drunk military, wannabe rappers, tourists and locals from the Westside congregating.
It was pretty awesome to see one huge fucking sole laying 3 or 4 white boys out....Blood was spraying everywhere from some guys head while this sole was just rampaging throwing bombs dropping these idiots over and over.
Security and HPD just stood around watching until the chaos ended and finally stepped in....
That was my cue to get the fuck out of there and head to Saigon Passion.
