Ok here is the situation.......
I'm 200lbs with alot of body fat, especially around my midsection. I would like to enter my first grappling tournament in November but at 185. I would also like to look a little less like like Grimmace. is fifteen pounds by November realistic? I really only have time to train three times a week. Also people have been telling me about thermogenics to help drop the weight. What the hell is a thermogenic and does it have side effects?
