Need Some Advise

Ok here is the situation.......

I'm 200lbs with alot of body fat, especially around my midsection. I would like to enter my first grappling tournament in November but at 185. I would also like to look a little less like like Grimmace. is fifteen pounds by November realistic? I really only have time to train three times a week. Also people have been telling me about thermogenics to help drop the weight. What the hell is a thermogenic and does it have side effects?

yes 15 lbs by november is possible... you can cut the weight as suggested above...

or eat clean and up your cardio and actually lose the weigth by then..
