It looks like a ring. The face of a ring, which is probably intentional, a dual purpose design which they will come out with to flog to the masses. Looking forward to finding one in the bottom of a lucky packet soon!

FightToLive -I heard it was made with old shinny Canadian pennies. Not in circulation any longer and Dana got a great deal on them.
That would make them very rare.
As time goes by, the Canadian penny is more and more rare since they stopped making them in 2013.
Now of course a lot of people are still holding on to them but as they fall out of availability it will be interesting to see what their value is.
Maybe instead of red stones they can put Canadian pennies in for each title defence.

In fact, iirc, back in the day when they went to the cheaper belts I think they said they were paying less than 5k for them? About 3k?
