O'Malley Does Not Need A Manager

This is true for what percentage of fighters in general?
90%…more, less?

I had one because I personally don’t like dealing with people , especially when it comes to money . My instructions for my management were simple. I don’t care who I fight just get me paid and tell me where to be .

UFC wouldnt deal with Sean in a take it or leave it manner. They might for guys like Brian Kelleher. But not with Sean. Sean brings more to the table than a standard 13th ranked bantamweight who is 7-1-1 in the UFC. The UFC has shown that by putting him in PPV cards in his last 8 fights (7 in the main, 1 as a prelim headliner). So a fighter who might have a similar tenure in the UFC, with a similar record and similar rank in the same division like Ricky Simon. UFC might try to give them the same contract, managers would fight to get him more.

I don’t like the guy much but this is pretty good shit from him

This is exactly what he’s doing. Everybody he’s NOT pissing off now and admitting to their face he could be making more in the moment with a manger, will hook him (and whoever he’s managing) up :moneybag:
