the Truth. Come to think of it, that means i now hate everything about brandon vera.

" Vera, of Spanish origin meaning of 'truth' or 'faith' "

I think it's actually a pretty good nickname.

Actually, that's the meaning of "Vera" being used as a girl's name.

Hmm, well I just copied it from wikipedia, where it was a separate entry. Either way, wouldn't it still have the same meaning if it's a last name?

A nickname should be something actually relates to something about the fighter.

Something like
Dan "Late hit" Henderson
Michael "OUCH! thats my face" Bisping
Randy "Blue Pill" Couture
or Forrest "Dine & Dash" Griffin

Alright well forget that post then I guess. I just posted it because I remember someone saying something about Vera meaning truth in Italian or something so I wikipedia'd it and that's what I found.

cqjnell - Coleman vs Hamill for "The Hammer" everyone should have to earn a duplicate by beating someone and taking their name.
What would you do when the fighters aren't so close in weight class?

Randy "The Natural" Couture HW/LHW vs. John "The Natural" Alessio WW

Alessio even has the Tattoo across his back!

 hollywood

 hitman

BiggestIdiotEver - Muscle Shark. Why not just "The Shark"?

Sherk received this nickname while fighting in Japan.

I think trying to use a nickname like "the Pitbull" or "maniac" just sounds like your trying to hard to sound tough. A real badass can make any nickname intimidating. Phil Baroni, pay attention.

Fancy Pants is the best just because his mom hand makes his fight pants out of material literally from the 80's.
