The thing is, Fitch didnt fail the test when they fought, so by the logic of Fitch having failed nail meaning he was on them before makes the test totally invalid for other fighters (Penn included).
I hate Fitch's boring fighting style, I mean LOATHE IT, but I still cant understand how people backdate people's fight careers when they fail now, but dont put any credence into the fact that obviously means the tests are horseshit if you believe he wasnt clean in the past but is just failing now.

He tested dirty before his latest bout so nobody knows if he ever fought dirty. Fitch is a good guy who fought his ass off in the UFC and just came up short (to only the best)
