This guy raves on and on about static contracti9on training. What do u guys know bout this, any good???
I've tried both his programs. They were good to mix things up a bit-something new. The claims are a bit over the top though and working out 5 minutes every 2 weeks isn't for me or anyone else who is training for athletic purposes
static contractions and partials are good to throw in at the end of your work sets or good for beginning stages of rehab
