POWER lifting

does anyone do this? i bench press and want some info about a great workout for power lifting. Now i am Lifting 75% of my max doing 3 sets of 5 reps 3x a week......

That will give you ideas on what people in your weight class are lifting locally, nationally, and internationally. You should also get a workout of the month, geared at improving your bench, deadlift or squat.

Find a powerlifting gym (fairly rare) or befriend a powerlifter. It's easier to have someone who can guide you along.
