It also seems the more Pride rules the less people actually use them since the unified MMA rules are what is most trained for. Even if you get ground kicks most people don’t use them. They are few and far between even if they are allowed.

Their disgraced sumo wrestler that has to fight after being forced to retired from sumo wrestling landed a pretty brutal one on Roque the same event.

Not convinced yet. Fight changing strikes in more events would convince me. In One they happen sometimes but not often enough.
