Prowlers deliver an awesome workout there is no doubt that they live up to the hype in that regard. IMO they aren't worth the price that is charged for them as they are a very simple design and if you can or know someone who can weld you can make one for a small fraction of the cost. Adrian is dead on. For results, fuck yeah the Prowler is awesome. That being said, most people with even a little bit of ingenuity can put together something that will deliver everything a Prowler can do for free or a fraction of the money.
