Pull up help

I was wondering if anyone knows of any really good pull up routines?

I eventually want to be able to do holds, one handed pull ups etc.

At the moment I can do around 12 wide grip and have just bought a pull up bar for my house. I plan on using it most days before I go to the gym for my usual workouts.

What's the best way of going about getting good at all variations?

Increasing 1RM often makes most other things easier.
