My wheelbarrow finally died on me so I've taken the (metal) tray off and plan on using it as a weighted sled. What are the benefits of this and the best way to integrate it into my workouts?

those weighted sleds works the quads...
I have the exact same thing rigged up as a sled. I cut a hole in and and reinforced it with a metal plate which I also cut a hole in and welded a small bar across the hole that I could hook a caribiner to. Then throw some weight plates inside, hook a short chain and handle to it for drags. I also rig my Ironmind pulling harness up to and do light weight sprints as well as heavier slower pulls and I I tie a longer rope to it and do seated or standing arm over arm pulls. My kids sometimes substitute for the weight plates and go for rides in to help me with my workouts lol. How do you plan to use it as a pushing sled though? You are going to attach a low pushing handle and/or some prowler type poles to push on?
