Make things happen ON TIME! Waiting 3+ hours after the supposed start time is very frustrating. Grappling tournaments MUST be seperate from point sparring/kata/other TJJ crap. If you are going to have kids divisions have them on seperate mats so the adults divisions can go at the same time. Round robin is impossible I know, but double elimination is nice.
