Review of Nino's new Instruc. DVD

i actually wasnt crazy about stephan kestings.

I just bought the Nino instructional, partly because of Vito's
glowing review and mainly because I am a fan of Nino Elvis.
I have to say that Vito's review was completely on the mark.
This is a great instructional and you don't need to have Nino
Schembri-like flexibility to pull off most of the moves.

The omoplata instructional focuses mainly on what to do
when you can't flatten out a strong opponent. The side
control escape and attacks tapes are like nothing else I have
ever seen. Nino is a great teacher with a very detail-oriented
approach. He starts with the basics and then goes on to
demonstrate some very, very killer moves with full details.
You can learn a lot from him even when he demonstrates a
move that you feel that you will never ever add to your own
game.

The recap feature, which allows you to quickly see every
move on the DVD in 15 minutes, is an innovative feature that
is very helpful once you've gone through the DVD once.
Just as with the Marcelo Garcia and Mario Sperry
instructionals, the best thing about this instructional is that
you know that even the flashiest moves will work in reality
against tough opponents since Nino Elvis has used them as
a champion at the highest levels of competition, gi and no-gi.
All in all, a great instructional and one that I will never loan
out to anyone (I paid $100 for it).

I have both sets, Nino and Kesting from Grapplearts. If your only interested in Omoplata then save your money and stay with Grapplearts. More info, better instruction.

Nino's was better!
