Roach "Conor's been getting handled in Sparring"

Roach hasn't been relevant in 15 years. Wish he would stop commenting on MMA fighters all the time, he frequently said dumb shit about how GSP would do well atanding against Silva.

Considering gsp out struck, diaz Penn condit+++ and Mike bisping just got a decision win over silva, I'd be pretty confident with gsps stand up, that stiff jab and refusal to engage is a nightmare for silva Phone Post 3.0

I appreciate your effort to add another dumb statement to the world, but that's not making Roach's quotes any better.

Here is footage of Conor 'getting handled in sparring' by Freddie Roache' ex welterweight champ Chris Van Heerden. Sorry... I don't know how to embed on this site.

Bobby Lupo - Roach is a fantastic trainer, but he's a fountain of misinformation. He DGAF when he's talking to the media and just tells them whatever he wants ATM. He would love to train Conor. He turned a kickboxer with a big left hand in Manny Pac into a Hall of Famer and a complete boxer. Not saying Conor is Manny, but he's a talented guy.

manny has been boxing for the Philippine national amateur boxing team since he was 14,a pro boxer from 16. jesus christ where do you get your bullshit from?

Manny was a one dimensional boxer up until the MAB fight. He was fast, aggressive, and had a monster left, but without Roach, he'd be just that. He fought some half-starved scrubs in the Philppines when he was a teenager. Big fucking deal.

Manny Pac is a creation of the Wildcard gym.

Conor McGregor is a creation of Twitter, Instagram, Dana White, and a big left hand.

Roach has seen plenty of MMA fighters in his gym. He's worked with some of the best guys. GSP is the kind of dude who wants to be the worst guy in the room. He did it with wrestling with former nationals, training with killers at Renzo's, and the same at Wildcard. GSP developed the best jab in MMA from his work with Freddie.

BJ Penn's boxing got sharp as fuck from working with Roach. BJ Penn is the fastest learner in the sport.

Guys like Anderson and Shogun lacked the boxing basics, but had tremendous championship egos. They didn't benefit at all from working with Roach. They did what they learned as teenagers at Chute Boxe against lifelong boxers. And it didn't work out. Anderson tried clowning before he tried to incorporate proper footwork into sparring. It went south fast.

donkeykongfist - Name a boxing commission that would allow a boxer that is 49-0 fight a 0-0 boxer. Phone Post 3.0

Has anyone said "all of them" yet? Because that's the correct answer.

"Every fucking one of them" is also acceptable.

Conor should go in and liver/head kick Floyd... Knock his ass out illegally. He'd get fined, kicked out of the sport for a year or three, be plenty rich, and everyone would pay to watch his next fight. Everyone! 5 mil ppv buys to see him fight whoever is ufc lw champ. He'd be the biggest draw in all combat sports. This never happens, but it would be great. Phone Post 3.0

he would probably be brought up on assault charges if he actually ko mayweather with a kick during a boxing match

That might be one of the most awesome things to ever not happen. Phone Post 3.0
