The times when myths were broken, dreams crushed and opinions forever changed.
1- Fedor gets smashed by Bigfoot. Maybe the Werdum thing was a fluke, getting used to the cage, overconfidence...whatever. But when middle of the road HW Bigfoot Silva treated Fedor like a whitebelt scrub, the myth of the chubby Russian cyborg was broken.
2- Hughes-Royce- Gracie got treated like the guys he used to punk out in the early UFC's.
3- Roids Gracie- Why Royce Why?
4- Was Pride really real?- Cro cop got his head kicked off by a BJJ guy, Shogun was submitted by a TUF winner, Sokajou looked terrible, Lil Nog was handled by Jason Brillz, Wand Silva is now a small MW, Fedor drops 3 in a row, Gomi looks lost.

- Watching Frank Shamrock get owned by Renzo. I really thought Frank was going to roll through everyone but he just looked out of his league.

That was really weird. I was for Renzo 2000% as a fan, but I was worried about Frank being too well rounded and athletic. Then Renzo puts on a Hammer House worthy takedown clinic
CroCop head kick for sure...
Jeremy Horn losing the rematch to Chuck. I was certain he was the only one who could take Chocolate Al out.
When Melvin Manhoef was kicking Robbie Lawler about the cage in Strikeforce and then backed up and swung and then....
*crack*
Lawler lands.
That and also when when Melvin KO'd the Super Samoan
Coleman losing to Smith was one of first ones I remember. Cung Le losing to Scott was a big one too. I so amped for that rematch. Franklin losing to Silva isn't as surprising in retrospect, but at the moment I couldn't believe how bad he lost.
Mir vs Big Nog 1&2 with Mir KOing Nog in the first and Mir snapping Nog's arm in half in the second
Condit choosing not to fight Diaz and instead trying to out-point him. "Natural Born Killer" my ass...

i remember when everyone thought he could beat rich franklin or dan henderson... this is what happens when you stop fighting the top guys. if matt hughes retired before fighting gsp the second time or if he left the ufc and began fighting cans people to this day would swear matt hughes could beat GSP.
BJ vs. Frankie 2
When silva lost to bonnar via front kick to the face
Royce forfeiting after the Kimo fight destroyed my life as a young teenager...I was a Gracie fanatic and loved that there was this badass invincible family out there.
Shogun knocking out Machida. Although you could technically say it happened the first fight.
Carwin not finishing Brock
Hashad knocking Chuck out in Atlanta.
CroCop decapitation
Rich's face rearranged by the GOAT

Mike Brown over faber
Brian Bowles over Torres
couple of minor ones for me
No Serra beating GSP?
Lol good points up until was Pride any good. They at least had 2 guys come over and win UFC belts.
Go ahead and check how Tim Sylvia, Chuck, Tito, Matt Hughes, and Arlovski did after 2006.
