I'll leave an exit door open though. Perhaps there is a difference of terms used here. Intestinal "blockage" usually refers to an obstruction, which is very serious. It could also mean constipation... maybe. And maybe Migo was just constipated.

There are only a few things that can cause blockages like you're describing--tumors or foreign objects being two of the more common ones. That's why no doctor would let someone leave their care if they really thought they had one.
