"They said that soccer was the passion of our people, but the UFC is taking over. So I'm so glad to be a part of the past, the present, and the future. And in the future, the UFC is going to be mainstream everywhere.
Because UFC, Dana White, Lorenzo and the whole crew, bring the best, inside the Octagon and outside.
"We always care about the fans. We deliver the product. But also we love them, we share with them everything, the experience. That's what this trip is about,"
"This has become a style of life ... UFC. I'm excited about today ... tomorrow only comes if you do good things about today ... today is all I have."
kent paul - Vitor is talking out of his backside again, because you could take any Brazilian fighter, Big Nog, Wand, Anderson, Vitor or any member of the Gracie clan and have them walk down the main high street in Rio and i bet that 99% of the general public would not know who they are, yet if Neymar did the same there would be a riot

Ummm Anderson is HUGE in Brazil now. Where have you been?
Jons Forsberg - only a fool can believe MMA is capable of surpassing soccer in Brazil or worldwide. Soccer fans are bonded with their home teams in ways that they'd never relate to an individual athlete, there is simply no way around this. You can't simply offer a more exciting sport and expect people to jump ship.
From an american living in brazil: Tt's hard to get my toxoplasma ridden friends to concentrate on fighting, but when they do it's game over...this is the perfect sport for a country that has had nothing but fighters and soccer players since Frank Senatra and the gang.

Anyone who thinks the UFC will come close to soccer in Brazil or anywhere else apart from a couple of countries worldwide needs to travel a little bit.
The UFC like to talk about how this figher or that fighter is a superstar back home. Usually that is far from the case, more often they are totally unknown back home unfortunately.
