I just signed up for a fitness tracker to get back into shape. I will start with body weight exercises as I have relocated to Wisconsin and have no equipment yet. Do any of you have any suggestions on circuit or workout I can use until weights can be added to my routine? Currently have a few from men's health, hoping you may have one that worked for you. I am going to keep accurate log of gains in reps and size. I actually need to gain in this process so any diet/workout pointers would be awesome and appreciated.
