Surgery -where to begin?

So my appendix ruptured 10 days ago...I hat it removed and whatnot.

Im just not sure where I should begin to rebuilding my training.

I feel completly lazy since not being able to do much other than watch TV. I know Im still in decent shape, its not like 10 days will do that much, but I am worried I will lose to much if I dont start something soon.

What should I do? Light jogging or lifting? I dont even know if my body should be soing these things...

What does your doctor say? Rmember to work within your current comfort zone.

  1. Movment that you can control

  2. Pain free

Avoid any thing that causes pain at the moment.

That would be my advice.
