Team Quest Training Manual?

Has anyone on here bought this - if so, is it worth the 20 bucks? I was thinking of buying one, but I'm not sure if it will be money well spent or not. Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

BUy It its really awesome

Very good motivational section and chapter on breathing and centering.

I guarantee you wont be disappointed. The condiditioning routines for cardio alone are worth the $20

Thanks man.

good price

Is there a lot of equipment required to do the routines in the TQ Manual? Or is it more bodyweight type of exercises?

Barbell and weights. I don't remember if the treadmill stuff is in the book. When we asked Randy what he did at a seminar, it pretty much followed what was in the book. Let me tell you Randy is way strong, he tossed me and it felt like I was just a feather and I outweighed him by a good 60 lbs at the time.

I just put my order in for the training manual. When I get it I'll post whats in the table of contents and give some insight to whats in the book.

I have it and as far as fitness goes it was the best money I spent. You only need a barbell and weights as stated above. Buy it you want be sorry. It has changed the way I train.

I have the mod-1. I just want something different to cycle into the routine.

Can someone describe the routines a little? Nothing too detailed, just the general approach.

Team Quest is great, Randys tapes are great and so are Hendersons but the Manual is not very good. It is a mixture of Tony Robbins book (Mental, breathing, diet) with some basic training stuff not very much details.
