grapple god, that was in 1998 at the Maine Skirmish. It was funny beccause if I remember correctly my roomate was matched up against Rodgrigo 1st and all of us were blue belts at the time, Kenny might have just got his purple. none of us had ever even seen a blackbelt compete back then. So we're a little nervous and my roommate is getting ready to go out against him and looks at us and says, "I ain't tapping" then walks out there. Two minutes later he's unconcious on the mat. Wakes up and says, "I told you, I wasn't tapping." Kenny went against him in the next round and did really well taking it to the distance.
