Yan couldn’t finish him. Barely hurt him.

Aljo had the more dominant rounds in the fight IMO. And he outstruck him in round 1, which gave him the edge.

I do admit he was running though. But if you know you can’t stand with a guy, why would you stand and trade?

I thought the same thing yesterday but i rewatched it this morning. As much as I wanted Yan to win the round was razor close. Aljo throw a bunch of soft baby “stay away from me” kicks that landed and Yan just didn’t land enough of his own to clearly take the round. It was extremely close.

Yan 1 4 5. I thought it was clear as day. Some struggle though I guess which sucks cause it ruins the sport and hurts the fighters record and legacy

All 3 of Yan’s career “losses” are total BS
