Training in quarantine

Any ideas for S&C whilst on lockdown? I’m pretty much limited to a skipping rope, a pull up bar, and my bodyweight.Any help would be greatly appreciated.All the best to you all in these shitty times! Thanks.

I started doing calisthenics and really like it do far. I have been doing 100 each of the following every day for the past two weeks. I’m looking to add some to it as it has gotten much easier.

Pushups

Inverted Rows

Squats
